Privacy Policy

Account information: full name, email address, phone number, and profile photo, provided when you sign up or update your Settings.

Organisation information: your church/ministry name, the members of your organisation, their job role (e.g. Musician, Audio) and access level (Admin, Editor, Presenter, Viewer), and the instruments associated with each member.

Content you create: events and schedules, set lists, song lyrics and chords, lineup assignments, and notes.

Usage data: basic technical data such as login timestamps, used to keep your session secure and the Service reliable.

• To provide the core Service — scheduling, set lists, the chords library, live presentation, and team coordination;
• To authenticate your account and keep your session secure;
• To sync changes in real time to other members of your organisation, where relevant (e.g. a lineup or set list update);
• To communicate with you about your account or important Service updates;
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

Your profile information (name, role, instruments, contact details) is visible to other members of the same organisation, as needed to coordinate scheduling and team communication. It is not visible to members of other organisations.

Org Admins can view and manage the membership and content within their own organisation. A platform-level "Master Admin" role exists for operational purposes (e.g. approving new organisations) and does not use organisation content for any purpose other than operating and supporting the Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Worship Sense is built on Supabase, which provides our database, authentication, and real-time sync infrastructure, and is hosted with cloud infrastructure providers contracted by Supabase. Your data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS).

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light/dark theme. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We retain your account and organisation data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or your organisation is removed, associated personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from Settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask an organisation's Admin to remove you from their organisation, by contacting us at the email below.

Worship Sense is intended for use by worship team members and church administrators, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and role-based access controls (Row Level Security) — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
