Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

This is a draft policy generated for Worship Sense and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for compliance purposes.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Worship Sense (the "Service"), a worship team management platform that provides lineup scheduling, set lists, a chords library, live presentation tools, and related features for churches and worship teams. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts & Organisations

To use Worship Sense, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

The Service is organised around "organisations" (typically a church or ministry). The first person to register an organisation becomes its administrator ("Org Admin"). Org Admins can invite additional members via invite codes, approve join requests, and assign each member an access level (Admin, Editor, Presenter, or Viewer).

Org Admins are responsible for managing their organisation's membership and content responsibly, including removing members who should no longer have access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or share content you don't have the right to use (including copyrighted song lyrics or chords beyond fair/permitted use within your organisation);
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another organisation's data, accounts, or invite codes;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its real-time sync or live presentation features;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — songs, set lists, lyrics, schedules, and notes. By using the Service, you grant Worship Sense a limited licence to store, sync, and display that content to your organisation's members as needed to operate the Service (for example, real-time sync of a set list to every team member's screen).

The bundled chords/song library included with the Service is provided for worship and ministry use within your organisation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any third-party song content complies with applicable copyright and licensing requirements (such as a CCLI licence, where required in your jurisdiction).

5. Invite Codes & Access Roles

Invite codes are intended to be shared only with people you want to join your organisation. Worship Sense is not responsible for access granted as a result of an invite code being shared more widely than intended by an Org Admin.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available, including for live, time-sensitive use during services. However, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend keeping a backup plan (e.g. a printed lineup or set list) for critical services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used to access another organisation's data without authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worship Sense and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disruption to a scheduled service or event.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
